Join Special Olympics Southern California as we celebrate our 40th birthday at the 13th annual Pier del Sol, a fun family event on the Historic Santa Monica Pier.
To celebrate our birthday, we will honor the Los Angeles Lakers. Lakers legends Jerry West and James Worthy will join us along with Honorary Chair Maria Shriver, other celebrities, and Special Olympic athletes and their families.
More than 35 of LA’s top restaurants will host an outdoor brunch, and local bakeries will compete in a cake-off to see who can bake the best birthday cake! In addition to the food and celebrity appearances, there will be music, rides, games, a silent auction, and other activities.
